Formby is located on the coast in north west England, some eight miles south of Southport and fifteen miles north of Liverpool.
It is easily accessible by road and by rail.
Directions by road: A565 Liverpool to Southport Road. At traffic lights opposite Tesco’s superstore, turn right into Altcar Road.

Directions by rail: Formby railway station is on the the Merseyrail Northern Line linking Liverpool and Southport.
